Threads for Somalia
 Ka Joog presents Threads for Somalia, an event featuring a fashion show and live performance with proceeds supporting relief efforts from the famine in Somalia in partnership with nonprofit organization Save the Children.

 
Artists: KNine, Aztek, Muja Messiah and Maria Isa (Villa Rosa)

Designers: Cliché, Design Collective, Studiiyo 23, debut of Ka Joog's clothing line by Mohamed Hersi.

Ka Joog is a 501c3 nonprofit organization in Minnesota that exists to enhance the lives of local Somali youth. We are committed to motivate our youth to attain a higher education, to realize their potential and to achieve their dreams.  Moreover, we raise multicultural and health awareness, and build community ties by providing educational, cultural and beneficial events.
